Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations & Communication Executive to support our recruitment team. This is a non-sales, voice-based coordination role that involves candidate and client communication, data management, and process support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with candidates and clients over the phone.
Understand and follow recruitment processes and operational workflows.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and update reports, trackers, and databases using Excel and Word.
Draft and respond to professional emails as per communication protocols.
Perform daily administrative tasks and multitask across responsibilities.
Ensure accurate data entry and timely report submissions.
🔹 Requirements:
Good command of English communication (spoken & written).
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email drafting.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and stay organized.
Understanding of recruitment basics or willingness to learn.
Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
🔹 Preferred:
Experience in coordination, tele-calling, or admin roles is a plus.
