We are seeking a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a customer-first approach to handle inbound and outbound calls.
Make outbound calls to customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Handle customer queries, provide product/service information clearly and confidently.
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.
Update the CRM/database with accurate call details and follow-ups.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and service quality standards.
Minimum education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Strong spoken English is a must.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
Punctual, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude.
Previous tele calling/customer service experience is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software.
