Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to qualified leads and understand their design needs
Present Clippet’s services clearly and persuasively
Convert leads into confirmed orders, meeting or exceeding monthly targets
Log all calls, follow-ups and sales activity in the CRM
Coordinate with design & support teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Share market feedback and suggest improvements to the sales process
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent spoken and written English, plus fluency in Kannada or Hindi
Prior telecalling/inside-sales experience is a plus (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Strong listening skills and a knack for handling objections over the phone
Self-motivated, target-driven attitude with a positive, can-do mindset
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly
