Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, resolve customer queries, and maintain client relationships. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively.

• Explain company products/services and their benefits to customers.

• Generate leads and follow up on prospects.

• Maintain customer databases and update records regularly.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.

• Proven experience as a tele caller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
