About Us: Bright Computer Education is a leading computer training institute in Anand, dedicated to providing quality education in courses like Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, Data Science, and more. We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team and help students make informed decisions about their career-boosting education.
Key Responsibilities :

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Management: Make daily outbound calls to prospective students/inquiries from our database (leads generated from online/offline sources).

2. Course Counselling: Clearly explain the details, benefits, duration, and fee structure of various courses, with a focus on Tally Prime with GST and other popular programs.

3. Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls and resolve student queries regarding courses, timings, faculty, and placement assistance.

4. Appointment Schedule : Persuade and motivate leads to visit the Anand center for a face-to-face counseling session/demo class.

5. Data Management: Accurately record and update all communication details, lead status, and follow-up plans in the provided Excel sheet.

6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume, walk-in, and enrollment targets.

7. Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into enrollments.
   

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

2. Language: Fluent verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

3. Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using a computer, MS Office (Excel/Word).

4. Soft Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening, pleasant phone etiquette, and a polite, patient attitude.
