Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Data Management Tools.
Proficiency in professional communication.
Make and receive calls to assist customers for technical information.
Proficiency in Error free data entry and timely updates.
Handling Customer grievance & quires handling
Meet daily calling targets and data entry targets.
Up selling services/product on in-bound call customers
