Job Description:
We are looking for a pleasant and professional Receptionist & Tele calling Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage front desk operations, and handle tele calling tasks to support sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department.
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers for lead generation, follow-ups, and feedback.
Maintain visitor records, call logs, and client databases.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting arrangements.
Provide basic information about company services/products.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome).
Good communication skills in [English/Tamil/etc.].
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
