Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Making outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote educational programs, assess their needs, and qualify them as leads.
Providing Information:
Answering inquiries about courses, programs, admission procedures, fees, and other relevant details.
Building Rapport and Relationships:
Engaging with potential students and parents to create a positive and trusting relationship, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Enrolment Support:
Assisting students and parents with the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Maintaining Records:
Accurately recording all interactions, including call details, inquiries, and outcomes, in a CRM or other tracking system.
Follow-up:
Following up with leads, potential students, and enrolled students to provide support and ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration:
Working with other team members, such as counselors, admissions staff, and sales teams, to improve lead conversion and overall customer satisfaction.
