We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team in the immigration and visa consultancy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead conversion, providing information about immigration processes, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
Provide accurate information regarding various immigration programs, including permanent residency, work visas, study visas, and business immigration.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule appointments for walk-ins or consultations with senior counselors.
Maintain and update the CRM with client details and interaction history.
Handle initial client queries and route them to the appropriate department if needed.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Assist in webinars, promotional campaigns, and lead generation activities.
