Job Title: Tele Collection Executive - Home Loan Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tele Collection Executive to join our Home Loan Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting payments, following up on overdue accounts, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments and follow up on overdue accounts.

2. Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.

4. Meet collection targets and adhere to performance metrics.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

1. 10+2 or Graduation in any discipline.

2. Proficiency in MS Office and email.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work in a team environment.

Work Schedule:

- 5 days working (Monday to Friday)

- Saturday and Sunday off
