You will talk to customers, answer their questions, book services, and keep records. You will also help with basic online marketing and use AI tools to make your work faster.
Handle calls & chats: Attend inbound calls/leads from Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, and GMB; make follow-up/outbound calls to warm leads and pending cases.
Qualify leads: Capture product, brand, issue, model, warranty status, address/pincode, and preferred time slot.
Pitch & convert: Explain visit/diagnostic charges, estimated timelines, and basic T&Cs; overcome common objections and book service appointments.
Schedule & coordinate: Create jobs in CRM, assign to the right technician/dealer based on location and skill, share confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp with slot & tracking.
Follow-ups: Remind customers before visits, reschedule if needed, and collect post-service feedback/ratings.
Documentation: Maintain clean call dispositions, update CRM notes, and close tickets accurately the same day.
Quality & compliance: Meet targets on conversions, AHT, QA score, and attendance; follow NDNC/DND and data-privacy guidelines.
