A dedicated and experienced Tele caller with 1 year of proven success in handling customer interactions, lead generation, and sales follow-ups. Skilled in maintaining customer relationships, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads, feedback, and pending customer issues in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed call logs and update customer databases regularly.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
Achieve individual and team targets as assigned by management.
Handle customer complaints politely and ensure effective resolution.
Report daily/weekly calling performance to the team leader.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Confident in making outbound calls and handling objections.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
