Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller proficient in English & Telugu to join our Mumbai team. The candidate will be responsible for providing product and support services, engaging with potential donors/customers, and assisting fundraisers in their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and attend inbound queries in English & Telugu, offering assistance on services and products.

• Explain ImpactGuru’s crowdfunding solutions clearly and persuasively to prospective customers.

 • Support fundraising campaigns by providing timely information, guidance, and customer service.

• Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and ensure positive engagement with stakeholders.

 • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver a seamless experience.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).

 • Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
