Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries from customers and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls and customer details in the system (CRM/Excel).
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Provide feedback to the team leader/management regarding customer needs and market trends.
