Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes to customers.
Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude while dealing with customers.
Record and update customer details, feedback, and queries in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for quick resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved to satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly call handling targets and service levels.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries efficiently.
Prior experience in telecalling/customer service will be an added advantage.
