We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Data Verification call to become a valuable part of our team for Careergate Solutions based in Mumbai, located at Dombivli (East). The role offers ₹16000 - ₹18137 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with fresher years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in any language. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
