We are hiring Collection Telecallers to follow up with customers for payment collections over phone calls. Candidates should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for pending payments.

• Update collection status in the system.

• Maintain polite and professional communication.

• Achieve daily / monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.

• Experience: Freshers / Experienced in Collection or Telecalling.

• Language: Tamil & Basic English.

• Computer skills required.
