Role Description
We’re looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our B2C calling team.
Your primary goal will be to engage with warm residential leads, educate them about solar options, and schedule appointments for our partner solar companies.
Qualifications
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct lead qualification, schedule appointments, and manage call scripts
Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and meet daily call targets
Proficiency with CRM platforms and telecommunication tools
Self-motivation and time management to excel in a remote environment
Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Call warm leads who have already shown interest in solar solutions
Book qualified appointments for partner solar businesses
Follow up with potential customers to confirm visit schedules
Update lead status and details accurately in CRM
Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email as needed
Follow the provided script and maintain professional communication
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of telecalling or inside sales experience
Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Self-driven with good time management (remote work setup)
Laptop/PC, headset, and stable internet connection
