Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive IT Service Coordinator to oversee and manage IT service requests, ensuring smooth operations within our IT Service Center. The ideal candidate will coordinate support activities, streamline workflows, and enhance service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT service requests and escalations.

• Coordinate IT support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Monitor and maintain service desk performance and SLAs.

• Document service requests, incidents, and resolutions in CRM

• Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to provide updates.

• Assist in IT asset management and procurement coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in IT service coordination or a similar role.

• Familiarity with CRM tools

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

• Thorough knowledge of IT Products , hardware & Software
