Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Balki Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our digital marketing services, and scheduling appointments for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to prospects from provided databases or leads.

• Understand the customer's needs and pitch relevant services accordingly.

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/software with accurate information.

• Schedule meetings or call-backs for the Business Development team.

• Follow up on leads regularly and build a pipeline of interested clients.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (training will be provided).

• Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality.

• Good listening and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and maintain persistence.

• Familiarity with using CRM tools or Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field.

• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or lead generation is a plus.

• Freshers with good communication are welcome.
