Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Domestic Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in [language(s) such as Hindi, English, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, etc.] and have a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when required.

• Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Meet personal/team targets for customer service metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.

Requirements

• 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in [languages – e.g., Hindi and English].

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
