Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in telecalling and possess basic knowledge of Excel. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services and products.

• Provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

• Maintain customer databases and update records as necessary.

• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Prepare reports on call activity and customer feedback.

• Adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines while communicating with customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle rejection positively.
