We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Fundraising Executive to connect with potential donors, explain our mission, and raise funds for social impact programs. The role involves donor calls, data recording, follow-ups, and meeting daily/weekly fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and explain the NGO’s cause.

• Engage supporters, answer queries, and build long-term donor relationships.

• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly fundraising targets.

• Update donor details, call status, and interactions in CRM/Google Sheets.

• Maintain call quality, professionalism, and compliance with fundraising guidelines.

• Follow-up with warm leads and ensure donor satisfaction.

• Prepare daily reports and share feedback with the team.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & persuasive speaking skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets preferred).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and target-driven approach.

• Ability to handle objections professionally.

• Fluency in Hindi; English is an advantage.

Experience:

• 0–2 years in telecalling, sales, customer service, or fundraising.
  (Freshers with good communication are welcome.)
