We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller who can communicate fluently in Kannada and Tamil to join our debt recovery team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, explaining outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Make outbound calls to customers in Kannada and Tamil regarding overdue payments.
Remind and convince customers to clear their pending dues in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain daily call records and update recovery status in the system.
Negotiate payment arrangements or settlements as per company policy.
Coordinate with the field collection team when required.
Escalate complex or non-responsive cases to the team leader or manager.
Meet daily and monthly recovery targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Languages: Fluency in Kannada and Tamil (mandatory).
Education: Minimum 10+2 or any graduate degree.
Experience: 0–2 years in collections / recovery / telecalling (freshers can apply).
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting.
Ability to handle pressure and meet collection targets.
