Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and polite Telecaller who will be responsible for calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The candidate should be comfortable speaking in Hindi and basic English and maintaining call records.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers
• Explain company offerings briefly and schedule appointments for field sales team
• Update call status and appointment details in CRM or Google Sheets
• Follow up on previous conversations to ensure appointments are honored
• Maintain a record of daily calls and scheduled meetings
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day
• Basic computer knowledge – Excel or Google Sheets
• Punctual, organized, and polite on call
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
