Job Title: Telecaller – Logistics
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote logistics and freight forwarding services.
Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
Generate leads, maintain follow-ups, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Update CRM/database with call details, leads, and client interactions.
Coordinate with the operations/sales team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, and regional language preferred).
Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / inside sales.
