- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- To generate more good communication & call quality with customer satisfaction.
- To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
- To maintain login hours and punctuality.
Key Skills / Competencies:
- Basic computer knowledge,
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language
- Should be Interactive
- Good communication skills
- Must have decent typing speed (at least 15 WPM)
