Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated IVF & Surrogacy Calling Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with inquiries, and maintain timely follow-ups for both international and domestic patients. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, organized, and experienced in customer service or healthcare coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to IVF and surrogacy inquiries.

• Maintain detailed records and timely follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

• Provide accurate information regarding treatments, processes, and documentation.

• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure smooth patient experience.

• Manage international patient communications with professionalism and empathy.

• Support marketing and lead conversion efforts through consistent follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.

• Prior experience in medical office, IVF centre, or healthcare customer service preferred.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
