We are looking for a Tele Relationship Executive (Domestic Voice – Banking / Loan / EMI Process) to join our team at VGM Consultants Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Banking/loan/EMI process. The role offers ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Eligibility:

Open to both male and female candidates
Freshers and candidates with career gaps are welcome

Salary (For Freshers):

Tamil: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000

Telugu: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000

Hindi: ₹17,000

Malayalam: ₹18,000

Experienced candidates will receive a competitive hike based on current CTC

Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai

Shift: Day Shift (No Night Shifts)
