Role Description: We are looking for a Tele-Collection Officer to join our collections team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments
Explain and negotiate repayment plans based on the customer’s situation
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to debt recovery
Escalate issues to managers when required
Use available tools to trace customers when necessary
Update account status and share regular reports with the team
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-collections (voice process)
Must be fluent in Hindi, Bengali, Odia or Marathi(spoken)
Basic computer skills for updating data and call logs
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Target-driven, with the ability to work under pressure
