Calling & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
Pitching: Deliver fundraising scripts in a convincing and empathetic manner.
Donor Engagement: Listen actively to donor queries, resolve doubts, and build trust.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of donor details, call outcomes, and pledges.
Target Achievement: Work towards daily/weekly/monthly donation targets.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls/emails with interested donors to close contributions.
Reporting: Submit daily call reports and share feedback with team leads/managers.
