Make outbound calls to drivers, vendors, and clients for shipment updates and coordination.
Handle inbound queries related to delivery status, delays, or logistics issues.
Maintain daily follow-up with transporters and ensure vehicle deployment on time.
Track shipments and update stakeholders with real-time status.
Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch team, and transport partners.
Update records and reports in internal systems (Excel/ERP/CRM).
Escalate delays, route deviations, or issues to the logistics manager.
Support in documentation and verification of POD (Proof of Delivery).
Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a polite and professional tone on calls.
