We are looking for a Sales /Intern/Telecaller (Male /Female) to join our team Rudrax Logi-Care Pvt. Ltd. This role involves making/handling calls, addressing queries & sharing to your Manager related to International Courier, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain & Warehousing Industry. The role offers learning, upskills, and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Candidates having Import/Export experience Or Diploma /PG Diploma /Degree in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management as one of the Core subject may need to apply & intend to pursue their career in International freight forwarding Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in any discipline and Experience 0-3 years. You need to attend at least 1 week training, skilling programme with your mentor in the initial days.

Candidates must be open to all 6 days (Except Sundays & Gazetted Holidays) for 6 Hours a day as working period.
