Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch home loan products.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable home loan solutions.
Engage and maintain rapport with high-net-worth individuals and high-ticket customers.
Explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly.
Follow up on leads, handle objections, and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales status in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
1-2 years of proven experience in home loan sales pitching
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, Gujrati preferred.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Good understanding of banking and loan processes.
Comfortable working with clients and customers.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
