v Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
v Interaction with customer through phone or mail and providing the feed back of production process and delivery time.
v Sending quotation to customer through mail .
v Receiving the purchase order verifying the purchase order with quotation, communicate to the customer for clarification
v Coordinating with customer design team and Internal design team follow-up for the drawing approval
v Sending or acceptance to customer
v Preparing and checking the Invoice and Packing list etc.
v Providing proper instruction to dispatch section before dispatching the materials.
v Ensure the P.F Monitoring chart day today updating.
v Follow up for payment.
v Attending Production meeting and Marketing meeting every day.

v Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
v Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
v Investigating and solving customer’s problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
v Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue.
v Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
v Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service is providing.
v Writing reports analyzing the customer service that your organization provide.
v Producing written information for customers, often involving use of our products.
v Sending our service Engineer to customers to provide a one-to-one service.
v Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use the product.
