Job Description & Responsibilities

 Prepare the machine Quotation according to Customer RFQ

 Understand properly Customer requirement and document it in Alyog enquiry format

 Independently able to handle the process of prepare Quotation, Sales proposal, customer

approval and customer order process

 Maintain customer Database

 Follow up with customer and update on query

 Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

 Visiting to customer as and when required

 Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.

 Knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical drawing Reading

 Supporting Design & operation team for project requirement understanding

 Ensuring of payment cycle as per terms & follow up

 Strategy planning for new business development

Skills Required

 Very strong mail & phone Follow-up

 Polite and Good Communication Skills

 Minimum Typing Speed 45 wpm

 Excellent written communication skills

 Proficient in computer skills, especially email, Internet Surfing .spreadsheets, and

presentation

 Working experience on MS office “Excel, Word, Power Point, PPT preparation and Outlook

etc”.

 Good in Email writing communication, good in presentation on documents and on

computers.

 Positive attitude towards work responsibilities, Result oriented within required timeline.

Experience Level: 3-6 years in Mfg. Company, Automotive or SPM industry. Knowledge of

Special purpose Machine Market with focus on Automotive Industry (OEM and Tier1) in NCR

(required) and rest of India (preferable).
