Role Summary: Drive growth for SlickFix in Mumbai by identifying and building partnerships in gift hampers, wedding planners, corporate gifting, and run club markets. Develop new business and manage communications to strengthen SlickFix’s presence in these niche segments. Key Responsibilities: ● Generate leads and close deals with gift hamper brands, wedding planners, corporate gifters, and running clubs ● Build strong B2B relationships, expanding distribution ● Present SlickFix product benefits and custom bundle solutions clearly in English and Hindi ● Coordinate with marketing and logistics for smooth order fulfillment ● Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities Qualifications: ● Graduate B.Com or equivalent commerce/business degree ● Street smart & sharp ● Proven B2B sales/business development experience ● Fluent in English and Hindi ● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations ● Strong networking and relationship-building skills ● Self-motivated, target-driven, and skilled negotiator ● Mumbai-based, with a willingness to travel locally Base Salary: ₹25,000 per month (government taxes, ESIC/PF, and other applicable deductions apply) Monthly Incentives Based on Billing (Base Price, GST excluded): ● 2% commission on billing up to ₹2.5 lakhs ● 3% commission on billing from ₹2.5 lakhs to ₹5 lakhs ● 5% commission on billing above ₹5 lakhs Accelerator for Exceptional Performance: ● 7% commission on billing above ₹7.5 lakhs (optional tier to boost motivation) Milestone Bonuses: ● ₹2,000 bonus for achieving ₹2.5 lakhs in billing ● ₹5,000 bonus for crossing ₹5 lakhs in billing ● Quarterly performance bonus for consistent target achievement (amount to be defined)
