• Identify and analyze tender opportunities through portals, newspapers, and client communications.
• Study and interpret tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, terms & conditions).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance) for input and documentation.
• Prepare and compile high-quality bid submissions in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update a database of tender documents, clarifications, and submissions.
• Track tender status and follow up with clients as required.
• Ensure compliance with all bidding requirements and internal approval processes.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits related to tender activities.
