About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our sales team as Sales Executives. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn, have excellent communication skills, and want to kickstart a career in sales and business development. You will be trained to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand company products/services to confidently present to potential clients.

• Identify and approach prospective customers through calls, emails, networking, or social media.

• Support in preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations.

• Maintain and update customer database and sales records.

• Assist in negotiating and closing deals under the guidance of senior sales members.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Gather market insights and report competitor activities.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (or currently pursuing).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of sales processes (training will be provided).

• Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
