We are a multinational company with our head office in Korea.
In India, we are actively working in the automotive paint industry.
Our main clients include Hyundai and Kia.
We are currently looking for a Sales Executive for our Chennai Office.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should have experience or knowledge in the paint industry
1. Education & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (freshers may also apply if company allows).
Prior B2B (business-to-business) sales experience is an advantage.
Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication (English + local language).
Negotiation & Persuasion – Ability to convince clients and close deals.
Presentation Skills – Capable of explaining products/services clearly to decision-makers.
CRM Knowledge – Familiarity with tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce (added advantage).
Lead Generation – Ability to identify potential business clients and build pipelines.
Relationship Building – Strong networking skills to maintain long-term business relationships.
Analytical Ability – Understanding client requirements and proposing solutions.
Time Management – Handle multiple accounts, follow-ups, and reporting efficiently.
Identify, approach, and convert new business clients (corporate, distributors, partners).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions/products that meet their requirements.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for smooth order execution.
Confidence and good interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance (if client-facing role).
Willingness to travel (if the job requires field visits).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection.
Basic computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Understanding of the industry (IT, Manufacturing, FMCG, SaaS – depending on employer).
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
