Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to independently handle client interactions and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

• Prepare quotations for received orders and coordinate with the operations department for further process.

• Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.

• Prepare and deliver customised sales pitches based on client requirements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and business development updates.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Below 12th pass can also apply.

• Experience: 0.5 to 2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Customer-focused approach with relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of digital products or technology solutions is a plus.
