We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team Mahalaxmi Maruti Suzuki Arena. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
Assist & Understand Needs:
Greet customers entering the showroom and identify their requirements and preferences by asking questions and listening actively.
Present Products:
Explain the features, capabilities, and benefits of different vehicle models, including current promotions and pricing.
Conduct Test Drives:
Arrange and accompany potential buyers on test drives to provide a hands-on experience with the vehicle.
Negotiate & Close Sales:
Negotiate the final price and terms, address any objections, and guide customers through the sales agreement process to finalize the purchase.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th & 12th Pass and Experience Range. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Job Skills is an added advantage.
