Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding client requirements, and converting them into successful customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through Google and Meta ads.

• Understand client requirements related to licenses and registrations (GST, Trademark, Food License, Drug License, etc.).

Present service offerings, explain benefits, and provide suitable solutions to clients.

• Convince potential customers and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM/Excel.

• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development (experience in legal/compliance services preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into sales.

• Basic knowledge of business compliance (GST, Trademark, Food License, etc.) will be an advantage.
