Job Summary
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. You need to have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
· Provide product information, features, benefits, and pricing.
· Assist customers in choosing the right products based on their preference.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store revenue.
· Maintain knowledge of ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals.
· Ensure proper display, arrangement, and cleanliness of products.
· Replenish stock on shelves and maintain inventory levels.
· Check product quality, expiry dates, and pricing tags.
· Support in stock-taking and reporting discrepancies.
· Handle billing at the counter using POS systems.
· Process payments—cash, card, UPI, or wallet.
· Generate invoices and provide receipts.
· Coordinate with store manager and team members.
· Share customer feedback and market trends with management.
· Participate in daily briefings and training programs.
Skills & Competencies Required
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer or POS knowledge.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
