About job and work hours: Its a Part time or Full time basis with flexible time of works in a 5 working days. Including travel to client place (just 10% -15% travel with office team to do work with documents.
Job Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and set up meetings.
Organize travel, transport, and accommodation within city.
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets (using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Maintain and update records and databases.
Perform internet research and data collection.
Manage emails and communication platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Teams).
Computer Skills (Optional and we give training too)
