o Attend to customers in the showroom.
o Assist customers in selecting products.
o Provide product presentations and customizations as needed.
o Respond to customer calls and inquiries promptly.
2. Sales Process Management:
o Generate leads through architects, existing customers, and update in
software tools.
o Follow up the lead and keep software updated at real time status
o Prepare and present quotations to customers, including reviewing discount
structures.
o Negotiate and finalize quotations after obtaining approval from directors.
o Convert orders upon receiving advance payments or client purchase orders.
o Ensure Indent are sent against sales order or inventory is blocked in
warehouse against sales orders.
o Follow up with clients for due payments and ensure timely delivery.
o Avoid mistake to keep customers satisfied.
o Never give wrong commitment which create customer complaints.
3. Site Visits and Customizations:
o Conduct site visits to gather measurements and understand customization
requirements.
o Ensure all specific customer requirements are met and documented.
4. Inventory and Display Management:
o Ensure new arrivals are displayed in the showroom.
o Manage the display of products available in the warehouse.
o Focus on clearance sales and non-moving items.
5. Team Collaboration and Administration:
o Work closely with accounts, logistics, purchase, and warehouse departments.
o Coordinate sales returns with the logistics and accounts team.
o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
o Own the responsibility for targets and customer satisfaction.
