We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Sales Associate to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Seller Central, product listings, advertising, and performance optimization. You will work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to drive online sales and improve brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities on Amazon Seller Central.

• Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content, etc.).

• Monitor inventory, pricing, buy box performance, and competitor activity.

• Plan and manage Amazon Sponsored Ads / PPC campaigns.

• Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and develop growth strategies.

• Manage order processing, return handling, and rating/review improvement.

• Coordinate with internal teams for catalogue updates and promotions.

• Ensure compliance with Amazon rules, policies, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management (preferred).

• Strong understanding of Seller Central tools and reporting features.

• Knowledge of keyword research, SEO, and e-commerce marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and analytics.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
