We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Female CRM Executive to manage customer relations and coordinate with corporate clients for leasing/renting of company land or property. The role involves maintaining relationships, handling client communication, follow-ups, documentation, and supporting end-to-end leasing activities.
Manage client interactions and respond to corporate inquiries regarding land/property leasing.
Coordinate property visits, share proposals, and follow up on leads till closure.
Maintain and update CRM records, client database, and communication logs.
Prepare and maintain lease documentation, agreements, and payment records.
Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Admin, Accounts) for smooth deal execution.
Handle calls, emails, and meetings with professionalism and strong communication skills.
Prepare MIS reports, follow-up trackers, and weekly leasing status updates.
Ensure high standards of client service and maintain long-term business relationships.
Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up ability.
Prior experience in CRM, leasing, or corporate relations preferred.
Confident personality with ability to handle corporate clients independently.
