Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires strong communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads list.

• Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

• Answer customer queries and handle objections effectively.

• Maintain call records and update CRM with accurate details.

• Follow up on leads regularly to ensure conversion.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign inputs.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Proven experience in tele calling in sales role is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge is must.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
