Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer queries, and promoting our range of water purifiers and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our water purifiers and related products.

·         Handle inbound customer queries related to products, pricing, and services.

·         Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

·         Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.

·         Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.

·         Support the field sales team by setting appointments and passing qualified leads.

·         Assist in digital marketing activities like social media posting, WhatsApp promotions, and email marketing.

·         Collect feedback from customers and suggest improvements.

Key Skills Required:

·         Excellent communication and convincing skills in [insert languages: e.g., English, Hindi.

·         Basic knowledge of water purifiers and domestic appliances preferred

·         Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

·         Familiar with CRM software and MS Office

·         Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric approach
